Join us for a highly curated 11-bottle journey exploring Greece’s most exciting, rock-driven white grape. If you think Assyrtiko is just a simple beach wine, this flight progression will completely change your mind! We are going to pit the country’s most extreme terroirs against one another.
We will start in the cool, alpine mountains of Northern Greece to taste the grape’s hidden, aromatic fruit side. From there, we migrate south through high-altitude limestone peaks before diving into the legendary, bone-dry, smoky, hyper-saline volcanic ash of Santorini.
Our grand finale is an elite Grand Cru flight featuring rare old-vine heavyweights from Santo Wines (Grand Reserve) and Gaia (Ammonite), culminating with our centerpiece: the globally allocated, cult-status T-Oinos Clos Stegasta, a crystalline masterpiece grown in the pure, wind-battered granite soils of Tinos Island that will stand up to the best French Chablis.
