An Evening in Burgundy: A Journey Through Pinot Noir
Join us for a curated exploration of some of Burgundy’s most expressive Pinot Noirs, thoughtfully organized into three tasting flights that trace a journey from emerging garagiste producers to the historic prestige of Gevrey-Chambertin. Spanning vintages from 2005 through recent releases, this unforgettable evening celebrates both the artistry and evolution of Burgundy winemaking.
The Tasting Experience
Our selection highlights Burgundy’s remarkable diversity of style and terroir. From the bright, lifted wines of Maranges, crafted by avant-garde garagistes working in hidden corners of the Côte de Beaune, to the deep, muscular elegance of Gevrey-Chambertin’s iconic Premier Crus, each wine offers a transparent expression of place. Along the way, we explore the philosophies of new-generation precision winemakers such as Cassiopée and Millet, alongside legendary houses like Louis Jadot and Bouchard Père & Fils, stewards of centuries-old vineyards.

Not to be missed is a special aperitif from Frantz Chagnoleau and Caroline Gon, one of Burgundy’s most exciting younger-generation winemaking teams. Farming in the old-fashioned way and producing micro-quantities of single-vineyard White Burgundy, this dynamic duo crafts some of the purest expressions of Chardonnay from world-class terroirs—an elegant opening to an extraordinary night.
