Essex County Wine Society March 2025 Wine Press

Hello Everyone,

Thank you to all who attended the outstanding Northern Rhône tasting presented by John Meluzio. John spoke about the history of the region and the wines produced therein. His enthusiasm for the region was palpable and his very well-chosen wines all showed beautifully.  Thank you, John!
It’s fair to say we will not soon forget the cheese fondue or the gruyere gougères and other nibbles thoughtfully paired with the wines. Thank you, Marjorie!

Next Tasting:

Up next we are closing the season with something special. This is why we do this. On Thursday, April 3, long-time member and expert wine-taster Gil Bauer will guide us through a selection of Bordeaux from our cellar. These wines have been purchased over the last 20+ years and lovingly stored, waiting to be shared, contemplated, discussed, and most of all, enjoyed. Tickets are live on our events page now. Join us!

Cheers!
